Server is segfaulting after an upgrade to some libraries .. hold fire people . .I’ll try and fix it within a day or two

Today I hit the move button.
I’ve changed transports from py-transports to spectrum, so hopefully things will work a bit better, plus the server is bigger better fast.

Downtime should be limited to DNS ttl, so about an hour maybe?

Let me know if anything is awry.

In July I will be moving servers. I will try my hardest to not loose any information.

I expect the downtime maybe up to an hour as I will have to update the DNS records (which take about an hour)

Minor outage this morning due to an upgrade to the jabber server (ejabberd)

System update today caused about 30 minutes down time

Amavisd got its knickers in such a twist tonight I had to hit the reboot button

Unresponsive machine etc etc etc

No damage !!

Kernel updates applied today, as well as a filesystem check after reboot

Well after viewing my last registered user (which btw had incest in the name) I’ve completely overhauled the website.

Hopefully this reduces the spammer attraction .. here’s hoping.
